Bu politika, PSP EXPRES TAŞIMACILIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“PSP Expres”, “biz”) tarafından işletilen pspexpres.com web sitesi, sitedeki WhatsApp yönlendirmeleri, teklif ve iletişim kanalları ile reklam dönüşüm ölçümü için geçerlidir.

PSP Expres, kendi işlediği kişisel veriler bakımından veri sorumlusudur. WhatsApp, Meta, OpenAI, Google ve Microsoft gibi üçüncü taraflar kendi hizmetleri için ayrı veri sorumlusu veya veri işleyen olabilir.

This policy applies to pspexpres.com, its WhatsApp handoff, quotation and contact channels, and advertising conversion measurement operated by PSP EXPRES TAŞIMACILIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“PSP Expres”, “we”).

PSP Expres is the controller for personal data it determines how to process. Providers such as WhatsApp, Meta, OpenAI, Google and Microsoft may act separately as controllers or processors for their own services.

Siteyi kullandığınızda cihaz ve tarayıcı bilgileri, ziyaret edilen sayfa, yönlendiren kaynak, zaman damgası ve temel etkileşim/performans verileri işlenebilir.

WhatsApp düğmesini reklam bağlantısından kullandığınızda sistem şu sınırlı ölçüm verilerini kaydedebilir: 12 karakterli rastgele PSP referansı, oluşturma ve sona erme zamanı, OpenAI reklam referansları (oppref ve obref), kampanya/reklam grubu/reklam/hesap kimlikleri, açılış sayfası, yerleşim, dönüşüm olay kimliği, teslim durumu ve sınırlı hata bilgisi.

Referansı içeren bir WhatsApp metni geldiğinde dönüşüm köprüsü mesaj kimliğini, ilk alınma zamanını ve normalleştirilmiş gönderen telefonunun SHA-256 özetini kaydedebilir. Gelen metnin gövdesi yalnızca referansı bulmak için geçici olarak bellekte incelenir; PSP dönüşüm veritabanına yazılmaz. Bununla birlikte sohbetin kopyaları sizin cihazınızda ve Meta/WhatsApp sistemlerinde kendi koşullarına göre bulunabilir.

Bizimle doğrudan e-posta veya WhatsApp üzerinden iletişim kurarsanız adınız, iletişim bilgileriniz, gönderi/teklif ayrıntıları ve yazışmanız hizmeti yürütmek için ayrıca işlenebilir.

When you use the site, device and browser information, page visited, referral source, timestamps and basic interaction/performance data may be processed.

When you use a WhatsApp button from an advertising journey, the system may record limited measurement data: a random 12-character PSP reference, creation and expiry times, OpenAI advertising references (oppref and obref), campaign/ad-group/ad/account identifiers, landing path, placement, conversion-event identifier, delivery status and limited error information.

When a WhatsApp text containing the reference arrives, the conversion bridge may record the message identifier, first-received time and a SHA-256 hash of the normalised sender phone number. The inbound message body is inspected transiently in memory only to locate the reference; it is not written to the PSP conversion database. Copies of the conversation may still exist on your device and in Meta/WhatsApp systems under their own terms.

If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, your name, contact details, shipment/quotation details and correspondence may be processed separately to provide the requested service.

We process data to answer enquiries, operate quotation and freight workflows, measure whether an advertisement leads to a genuine business conversation, prevent duplicate conversions, protect the system, understand service performance and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the context, processing relies on steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract, legal obligation, the establishment/exercise/protection of rights, legitimate interests, or consent. Preference or consent controls are used for non-essential cookies and similar technologies where required.

Veriler yalnızca gerekli olduğu ölçüde barındırma ve güvenlik sağlayıcıları, Meta/WhatsApp, OpenAI Ads dönüşüm hizmeti, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity ve işimizi destekleyen yetkili hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılabilir. Telefon numarasının açık hali OpenAI Ads’e gönderilmez; dönüşüm eşleştirmesinde SHA-256 özeti kullanılabilir.

Bazı sağlayıcılar Türkiye dışında işlem yapabilir. Aktarımlar uygulanabilir veri koruma mevzuatının gerektirdiği uygun hukuki mekanizma ve tedbirlere tabi tutulur.

Data may be shared, only as necessary, with hosting and security providers, Meta/WhatsApp, the OpenAI Ads conversion service, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and authorised providers supporting our operations. The plain sender phone number is not sent to OpenAI Ads; a SHA-256 hash may be used for conversion matching.

Some providers may process information outside Türkiye. Transfers are subject to the appropriate legal mechanism and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

WhatsApp eşleştirme referansı oluşturulduktan sonra 7 gün boyunca gelen bir mesajla eşleştirilebilir. Bu sürenin dolması eşleştirme uygunluğunu sona erdirir; tüm teknik kayıtların aynı anda otomatik silineceğine dair bir taahhüt değildir.

Asgari ölçüm kayıtları, mesaj kimlikleri, telefon özeti ve teknik teslim kayıtları; ölçüm, güvenlik, hata inceleme, uyuşmazlık veya hukuki yükümlülük için gerekli olduğu sürece tutulabilir ve daha sonra silinir ya da kullanılamaz hale getirilir. Gelen mesaj gövdesi dönüşüm köprüsünde saklanmaz. İş yazışmaları ve taşıma belgeleri kendi operasyonel/yasal saklama gerekliliklerine tabi olabilir.

A WhatsApp matching reference can be matched to an inbound message for seven days after it is created. Expiry ends matching eligibility; it is not a promise that every technical record is automatically erased at that exact moment.

Minimal measurement records, message identifiers, the phone hash and technical delivery records may be kept for as long as necessary for measurement, security, troubleshooting, disputes or legal obligations, and are then deleted or rendered unusable. The inbound message body is not retained by the conversion bridge. Business correspondence and freight documents may be subject to separate operational or statutory retention requirements.

Uygulanabilir mevzuat, özellikle 6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamında verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi ve kopya isteme, düzeltme, silme veya yok etme talep etme, aktarılan tarafları öğrenme, belirli işlemlere itiraz etme ve kanuni şartlarda zararınızın giderilmesini isteme haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz.

Under applicable law, including Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you may have rights to learn whether data is processed, request information or a copy, correct it, request erasure or destruction, learn recipients, object to certain processing and seek compensation where the legal conditions are met.
