Veri Silme TalimatlarıData Deletion Instructions

1. gokhankaraman@pspexpres.com adresine “Veri Silme Talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin.
2. Talebin hangi kanal veya kayıtla ilgili olduğunu yazın: web sitesi, WhatsApp yönlendirmesi, reklam dönüşüm ölçümü, e-posta yazışması veya teklif kaydı.
3. Kaydı bulabilmemiz için yalnızca gerekli bilgileri ekleyin: kullandığınız e-posta, WhatsApp numaranızın uluslararası biçimi, yaklaşık tarih/saat ve mesajınızda hâlâ görünüyorsa PSP-XXXXXXXXXXXX referansı.
4. Silinmesini veya düzeltilmesini istediğiniz veriyi açıkça belirtin.

Şifre, tek kullanımlık kod, ödeme kartı, kimlik belgesi veya gereksiz kargo belgesi göndermeyin. Ek doğrulama gerekirse size güvenli ve asgari bir yöntem bildiririz.

1. Email gokhankaraman@pspexpres.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. State which channel or record the request concerns: website, WhatsApp handoff, advertising conversion measurement, email correspondence or quotation record.
3. Provide only what is needed to locate it: the email used, your WhatsApp number in international format, approximate date/time and the PSP-XXXXXXXXXXXX reference if it is still visible in your message.
4. Clearly state what data you want deleted or corrected.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary freight documents. If further verification is needed, we will offer a secure, proportionate method.

To avoid deleting another person’s data, we verify the request where possible through the same email or phone channel associated with the record. If you apply for a company, we may ask you to demonstrate authority. We request only the minimum data needed to assess the request.

Bir reklam bağlantısından WhatsApp’a geçtiyseniz PSP Expres sistemi rastgele handoff referansı, reklam atıf referansları, kampanya/reklam kimlikleri, açılış sayfası ve yerleşim, zaman damgaları, dönüşüm olay kimliği ve durum kayıtlarını tutabilir. İlk referanslı mesaj alındığında mesaj kimliği ile gönderen telefonunun SHA-256 özeti de kaydedilebilir.

Gelen WhatsApp mesajının metin gövdesi yalnızca referansı bulmak için geçici olarak incelenir ve PSP dönüşüm veritabanına kaydedilmez. Referans 7 gün sonra yeni bir mesajla eşleştirmeye uygun değildir. Bu süre, tüm teknik kayıtların aynı anda otomatik silindiği anlamına gelmez.

If you moved from an advertising link to WhatsApp, PSP Expres may hold the random handoff reference, advertising attribution references, campaign/ad identifiers, landing path and placement, timestamps, conversion-event identifier and status records. When the first referenced message arrives, its message identifier and a SHA-256 hash of the sender phone may also be recorded.

The inbound WhatsApp message body is inspected transiently only to find the reference and is not stored in the PSP conversion database. The reference is no longer eligible to match a new message after seven days. That window does not mean every technical record is automatically erased at the same moment.

Doğrulanmış bir talepte, PSP Expres’in kontrolündeki ilgili iletişim, atıf, handoff, mesaj kimliği ve telefon özeti kayıtlarını uygulanabilir mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde siler, anonimleştirir veya kullanımı kısıtlarız.

Vergi, ticaret, taşıma, güvenlik, hukuki hakların tesisi veya uyuşmazlık gibi zorunlu bir saklama sebebi varsa ilgili kayıt hemen silinmeyebilir; bu durumda veriyi yalnızca gereken amaç ve süreyle sınırlarız. Silme talebi, üçüncü tarafların bağımsız sistemlerindeki kopyaları otomatik olarak silmez.

For a verified request, we delete, anonymise or restrict the relevant communication, attribution, handoff, message-identifier and phone-hash records under PSP Expres’s control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If tax, commercial, carriage, security, legal-claims or dispute requirements mandate retention, a record may not be erased immediately; we then restrict it to the required purpose and period. A request to us does not automatically erase copies held independently by third parties.

WhatsApp sohbeti ve hesap verilerinin Meta/WhatsApp tarafındaki kopyaları için WhatsApp uygulamasındaki hesap ve sohbet silme araçlarını veya Meta’nın kendi gizlilik kanallarını kullanmanız gerekebilir. OpenAI, Google, Microsoft veya başka bir sağlayıcı kendi sistemindeki veriler için ayrı talep ve saklama kuralları uygulayabilir. For copies of WhatsApp conversations and account data held by Meta/WhatsApp, you may need to use WhatsApp’s account/chat deletion tools or Meta’s own privacy channels. OpenAI, Google, Microsoft or another provider may apply separate request and retention rules to data in its own systems. If you are unsure which provider is involved, contact us and we will explain the scope under PSP Expres’s control.

Talebi aldığımızı teyit eder, kapsamı inceler ve uygulanabilir mevzuatın öngördüğü süre içinde sonucu veya gerekli ek bilgiyi bildiririz. İşlem tamamlandığında, silinen/kısıtlanan kapsamı ve varsa hukuken saklanması gereken kısmı anlaşılır biçimde açıklarız.

We acknowledge receipt, assess scope and provide the outcome or request necessary additional information within the period required by applicable law. When complete, we explain in clear terms what was deleted or restricted and whether any part had to be retained by law.
